隆瑞矿电气设备春季预防性试验方案一、前言
电气设备春季预防性试验工作是煤矿设备管理的重要组成部分，为进一步认真落实区域管理二公司下发的《关于开展机电设备测试活动的通知》文件精神，我公司经领导班子研究决定成立电气设备春季预防性试验小组，由于我矿没有资质对此
项活动进行测试，积极联系有资质的单位来做测试。为保证预防性试验按有关标准有序、有计划、按部就班地进行，特制订以下方案。
二、成立领导组
组长:赵占营
副组长:刘艳中
成员:机电科及机一队机电管理人员
领导组下设办公室，办公室设在机电科，刘艳中同志任办公室主任，办公室具体负责活动的组织、协调、检查、考核、总结、评比等工作。三、测试条件 在下述试验方法中无特殊说明的电气试验，一般以下列规定为准:
1、电气设备的绝缘性能试验宜在良好天气，被试物与环境温度
不低于+5度，空气相对湿度不高于80%的条件下进行;
2、工频交流耐压试验持续时间，无特殊说明时，均为1min;
3、绝缘电阻值采用兆欧表摇测60S时的绝缘电阻值;
4、主要电气设备的绝缘特性试验，其试验有效期宜为6个月;
5、电气设备的绝缘性能，当只有个别项目达不到有关标准规定
时，则应根据全面试验结果进行综合判断，经综合判断认为可以
投入运行时，可以投入运行。
6、国外进口电气设备或标准无明确规定的电气设备，其试验标准应按提供的整定值清单进行效验。
7、电气设备进行绝缘电阻试验时，标准未作特殊规定时，应按下列规定执行:(1)100V以下的电气设备或回路，采用500V兆欧表。
(2)500V以下至100V的电气设备或回路，采用500V兆欧表。
(3)3000V以下至500V的电气设备或回路，采用1000V兆欧表。
(4)10000V以下至3000V的电气设备或回路，采用2500V兆欧表。
(5)10000V及以上的电气设备或回路，采用2500V或5000V兆欧表。

五、测试时间
测试时间暂定为5月15日。
六、测试内容
1、油浸式变压器(500KVA、315KVA)
在变压器投入运行前，应作如下试验，试验前应再次对套管、气体继电器进行放气，并检查吸湿器的下法兰与罩间运输用密封垫是否已拆除。
1.1变压器试验
(1)测量绕组连同套管的绝缘电阻，绝缘电阻不应低于产品出厂试验值的70%。(2)测量绕组各分接位置上的电压比，所测变比误差不超过?0.5%，附厂家试验数值
(3)测量绕组各分接位置的的直流电阻，与同温下产品出三实测数值比较，相应变化不应大于2%，附厂家试验数值
(4)绕组连同套管的交流耐压试验。
(5)用不大于130%的额定电压进行空载试验，注意此试验中变压器的音响及仪表之变化。
(6)测量变压器之空载电流与空载损耗测得结果应与出厂试验结果基本相符。1.2变压器检查。
(1)整定与试验保护装置如多功能保护器等
(2)试验断路器的传动机构与联锁装置之动作
(3)检查储油柜油面，储油柜与变压器连接之连管活门一定要开通(4)校验温度计之读数
(5)检查变压器各处是否有其他不相干的东西存在
(6)相色标志正确、危险部位警告牌齐全
(7)配电屏试验调整合格
(8)所有接线经检查正确无误。
(9)通信联络畅通。
(10)油箱接地是否良好
(11)是否漏油
(12)装有多功能保护器的变压器，在试投入运行时，先将多功能保护器的轻瓦斯信号接至变压器的电流跳闸回路，过电流保护时限整定为瞬间动作;然后变压器接入额定电压，历时30min，倾听变压器音响，如有可能变压器接入的电压由零渐升，以便早期发现故障
(13)变压器应由供电侧接入电源，因为变压器的保护装置多装在该侧，如产生不正常情况能及时切断电源。
(14)试验完毕后，切断电源，重新调整过电流保护整定值，并将多功能保护器的轻瓦斯信号接至报警回路，跳闸触头接至多功能保护器之跳闸回路，再使变压器在额定电压下空载合闸3~5次，以常查看各个密封处有无漏油。
(15)如变压器接入电源的试验结果良好，便可接纳负荷，投入运行。
(16)变压器在运行中，应经常检查各温度指示及油面指示等装置和保护装置(如多功能保护器等)以保护其动作可靠，经常查看各个密封处有无漏油。
(17)相位检查，必须与电网相位一致
2、干式变压器
2.1变压器试验
(1)测量绕组连同套管的绝缘电阻，绝缘电阻不应低于产品出厂试验值的70%。
(2)

2.2变压器检查。
(1)试验断路器的传动机构与联锁装置之动作(2)手动开启风机，观察运行是否正常
(3)检查变压器各处是否有其他不相干的东西存在(4)相色标志正确、危险部位警告牌齐全
(5)配电屏试验调整合格
(6)所有接线经检查正确无误
(7)通信联络畅通。
(8)在投入运行前，要根据电网电压的状况，把封闭盒打开，将调压板接在相应(产品上有相应的标志上，电网电压高于额定电压，将调压板联接线1档\2档，反之联接在4档\5档处，等于额定电压时，联接在3档处，然后把封闭盒安装关闭好，以免污染造成
端子间放电。特别注意:调压时绝对是在无励磁(不是空载)的条件下进行，若两台变压器并联运行时，除同时是无励磁条件外，分接档位调整位置必须一致。
(9)在低压出线板上，产品出厂时涂了一层导电膏，接线时不需要将其撺掉，可直接连接，一次侧若为上进线请将电缆接在绝缘子上，若为下进线，电缆的支撑要坚固，产品的接线端子不能承受大电缆的压力。
(10)产品接地必须可靠，接地电阻值?4Ω，切记不要有金属异物留在变压器中。
(11)相位检查，必须与电网相位一致
2.3其他干式变压器按上述步骤试验检查并结合出厂资料。3、电压互感器3.1测量电压互感器的一次\二次绕组的绝缘电阻。

低压开关柜的试验
依据电气原理图和标准GB7251.1《低压成套开关设备》、IEC439《低压开关设备和控制设备》等做产品的试验，试验项目如下:1.
元器件安装布局是否合理，依据图纸。
2.检查主辅电路接线是否正确、可靠，导线截面积是否符合设计要求。3.
机械操作及通电试验:验证元器件装配调整是否良好，运行是否可靠，依据设计要求和图纸。
(1)对于抽出式部件“工作位置”、“试验位置”、“分离位置”，手动、电动试验应操作灵活，稳定可靠:
(2)对机械联锁的稳定性、可靠性的验证;
(3)传动试验，模拟运行状态下各种故障现象验证保护电路各项保护功能的正确性，可靠性应符合原理图;(4)
经过以上各种操作试验后柜子结构及元器件不应有变形、
性能改变等不良现象。
4.电气间隙和爬电距离的验证:依据国际标准或装置的技术标准。(1)卡尺测量应符合与其相连的电器元件的规定;(2)
检查部位包括所有带电部件与不带电部件之间以及带电部
件相互之间直线最短距离;
(3)屏内主母线不同相或不同极的裸露截流部分之间;

当主线路进行耐压试验时，应将不与主电路连接的其他电路接至金属框架接地，试验电压应施加于:
(1)成套设备的所有带电部件与裸露导电部件之间:
(2)在每个极和为此试验被连接到成套设备相互连接的裸
露导电部件的所有其他极之间。
(3)开始施加试验电压不应超过本条中给出值的50%。然后在几秒钟之内将试验电压稳定增加至本条规定的最大值并保持1S，如果没有击穿或放电现象，则此项试验为合格

绝缘电阻的测量，用500V兆欧表进行测量。与裸露导电部件之间，每条电路对地标称电压的绝缘电阻至少为4MΩ7. 保护电路连续性试验
以主接地为基准点，用接地电阻测试仪测量元器件安装部位框架、仪表门与主接地点之间的电阻，接地电阻应不大于0.1Ω，测试点的选取应不少于5个测试点。8.同一类型功能单元保证互换性可靠。
高压开关柜试验
1.检查主辅电路接线是否正确可靠，导线截面积是否符合设计要求;2.机械操作及特性试验
(1)本项试验主要是验证断路器与机构配装与调试是否灵活可靠，可移开的部件能否完成预定的操作功能;
(2)开关柜内所装断路器在规定的操作条件下的机械特性应符合供货方所提供的技术参数，可用高压开关机械特性检测仪来验证;
(3)五防联锁装置的稳定性可靠性试验应符合五防要求;
(4)手动、电动分合断路器检查控制回路，电流、电压回路信号电路及各保护回路接线的正确性，模拟运行状态下各种故障现象验证信号及各项保护功能的准确性和可靠性应符合原理图;
(5)经过以上各种操作试验，柜子机构及元器件不应有变形及性能改变等不良现象。
3.电气间隙
用卡尺测量所有带电部件与不带电部件之间以及带电部件相互之间直线最短距离。

4.工频耐压试验
(1)主回路工频耐压试验:对金属封闭式开关设备的主回路进行
耐压试验，将CT、PT、传感器二次短接地，试验电压要符合耐压试验电压要求，时间1min应无击穿、闪络现象;
(2)有关辅助回路控制回路的耐压试验，应能经受2KV1S
工频耐压试验无击穿、闪络、放电现象。
